16 Brexit options tabled for today

Hi everyone,

PMQ's have started in the House of Commons and by 3pm speaker John Bercow will have chosen which Brexit proposals are to be voted on tonight. Theresa May is due to brief Tory lawmakers at 5pm on her potential resignation and to confirm a third meaningful vote on her deal either tomorrow or Thursday.

EU chiefs have said earlier today 'the UK can stay' and have called on UK MP's to not ignore the recent march and signatures to revoke article 50. A soft Brexit is still in the driving seat, but that could all change depending on the indicative votes later today.

Deutsche Bank believe Sterling will improve 5% if Theresa May is successful in passing her deal through the House of Commons this week. Sterling has been the best performing currency in the G10 this year and the Pound remains relatively unchanged since yesterday and so extremely favourable still.
